Ingredients
- 4 oz pandoro
- 3 tbsp coconut milk
- 3/4 cup whipping cream
- 3.5 oz mascarpone
- 2.5 oz coconut cream
- 3 tbsp shredded coconut
- 1.4 oz powdered sugar
Steps
Cut the pandoro into cubes, lightly soak it with the milk (without overdoing it).
Whip the cold cream with the powdered sugar.
In a separate bowl, mix the mascarpone with the coconut cream, add the whipped cream and shredded coconut.
Sprinkle with shredded coconut and store in the fridge until ready to serve.
