  • Break the pandoro into pieces in a bowl, add 3 tablespoons of milk, your choice of liqueur, and mash well until you get a soft mixture.

  • Melt the chocolate with the milk.

  • Shape the pandoro into balls, then dip them in white chocolate, place them on a plate, let them rest for about ten minutes, then dip them again in chocolate.

  • Finally, roll them in grated coconut and refrigerate to set.
