Ingredients
- 2 slices Pandoro
- 2 cups Heavy cream
- 2 slices Pandoro
- 2 oz Dark chocolate
Preparation
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler with milk and set aside.
Prepare the coffee and let it cool.
Pour the cream into a tall jug and blend with an immersion blender.
Add the coffee and blend again for a total of 3 minutes.
Make a layer of pandoro in an 8-inch cake pan and cover with half of the cream.
Make another layer of pandoro and cover with the cream but set aside a bit for decoration.
Pour the chocolate over the cream, if needed you can thin the chocolate with some milk.
Pour the remaining cream into a pastry bag with a 3/4-inch star tip and decorate the cake.
Chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
