Ingredients

  • 1 slice pandoro
  • 5.3 oz mascarpone
  • 1 oz sugar
  • 1 tbsp condensed milk
  • Nutella®

Steps

  • Cut the pandoro slice into 3 thin slices lengthwise.

  • Flatten with the rolling pin and set aside.

  • Mix the mascarpone with sugar and condensed milk, add a bit of milk to make it creamier if needed.

  • Fill the pandoro with Nutella then with mascarpone and roll up diagonally.

  • Decorate with Nutella and a sprinkle of powdered sugar.

  • Place in the freezer for 15 minutes if serving immediately or in the fridge.
