PANDORO ROLLS with CREAM and JAM

PANDORO ROLLS with CREAM and JAM, quick and easy dessert with leftover pandoro or panettone, delicious recipe to serve after lunch or for breakfast.

This is one of those quick desserts with leftover pandoro that you make without thinking too much and they disappear even faster. The pandoro rolls with cream and jam are perfect when you crave something delicious but don’t want to spend hours in the kitchen. No oven, few ingredients, guaranteed result. It’s the classic recycled pandoro dessert that always works, both as an after-meal dessert and as a breakfast or snack treat.

I often make them after the holidays when there’s leftover pandoro and the cream in the fridge is calling. You can use mascarpone cream, whipped cream, or even a ready-made cream, and choose any jam you have: apricot, strawberry, mixed berries. These no-bake sweet rolls are also ideal to prepare in advance, they keep well in the fridge and are perfect as a simple dessert for unexpected guests.
