PANDORO STAR with CHOCOLATE and COCONUT, a quick dessert perfect for using up some leftover pandoro, a delicious recipe to make in no time with cream and chocolate.

It’s the smartest Christmas recipe of the year. Born to recycle that famous leftover pandoro that lingers around the house after the holidays, but in the end, the pandoro star with chocolate and coconut is so good you’ll want to buy it just for this purpose. It’s a delicious, super easy, and fast dessert, perfect when you want to impress without spending hours in the kitchen.
Plus, among quick Christmas desserts, desserts with pandoro, chocolate recipes, and coconut desserts, this star shoots straight to the most searched and loved.

I often prepare it when guests arrive at the last minute: I take the pandoro base, cut it (immediately feels like Christmas!), fill it with a super quick chocolate cream and a sprinkle of coconut that adds that irresistible crunch. In short, a dessert that looks super elaborate but takes less time than a voice message on WhatsApp.

It’s one of those smart ideas that save your holidays: no baking, no stress, just a perfect mix of cream, chocolate, and coconut that wins everyone over. A cute dessert, or a small cake to bring to the table after lunch or dinner. And trust me: it disappears in two minutes.

Useful tips
Use day-old pandoro: it holds the star shape better.
If you want extra flavor, add a few drops of rum to the chocolate cream.
For a lighter version, whip ricotta with a bit of sugar and replace the cream.
The shredded coconut can be replaced with hazelnut granules or pistachio.
Prepare the star in advance and keep it in the fridge: it becomes even more delicious and compact.
