Ingredients
- 1.1 lbs pandoro
- 14 oz Mascarpone
- 1 cup Fresh cream
- 1/4 cup Chocolate chips
- 2 oz White nougat
- as needed Nutella
Preparation
Slice the pandoro thinly, cutting it in half lengthwise.
Line a 250 g mold with plastic wrap and arrange the pandoro slices, pressing them well to adhere without leaving gaps.
Place the mold in the freezer.
Pour the mascarpone with the cream into a tall container.
Cut the nougat into small pieces and add them to the mascarpone.
Blend everything with an immersion blender for 3 minutes.
Add the chocolate chips and fold with a spatula.
Take the mold and spread Nutella inside, then pour in all the mousse.
Place in the freezer for about thirty minutes.
