Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Pandoro
- 17 oz Mascarpone
- 3/4 cup Fresh liquid cream
- 3.5 oz Condensed milk
- 6 coffee cups Coffee
Preparation
Prepare the coffee and let it cool.
Pour the mascarpone with the condensed milk and cream into a tall container and blend with an immersion blender for 2 minutes.
Add the coffee a little at a time except for what will be used to soak the pandoro.
Two espresso cups should be enough but it’s better to add it one tablespoon at a time while blending for another minute.
Of course, you can proceed with an electric whisk.
Cut the pandoro into pieces and soak them in a mixture of water and coffee, arrange one layer in a 8-inch baking dish and cover with the cream.
Make another layer of dessert and cream, for decoration pour the cream into a pastry bag with a 0.8-inch star tip.
Dust with cocoa and put in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
