Ingredients
- 14 oz potatoes
- 3.5 oz cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 onion
- 2 tbsps olives
- 0.5 oz capers
Steps
Wash and peel the potatoes, cut the potatoes into chunks and boil them, then drain and place them in a salad bowl.
Cut the cherry tomatoes into wedges, the onion into thin slices, Tropea onion is perfect, but in its absence, a white onion is also fine as I did, combine everything with the potatoes.
