Ingredients

  • 1 3/5 cups flour (the one you usually use)
  • 3/4 cup potato starch
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 orange
  • 7 tbsp seed oil

Steps

  • Beat the eggs with the sugar until they double in volume, add the oil, orange juice, and grated orange zest.

  • Gradually add the flour with the baking powder.

  • Pour the batter into a 9-inch greased and floured pan, bake at 350°F in a static oven for about 35 minutes.
