Ingredients

  • 1 puff pastry
  • 0.35 oz butter
  • 0.54 cup mascarpone
  • 1 tbsp condensed milk
  • 2.12 oz 60% dark chocolate

Preparation

  • Cut the puff pastry lengthwise into 3 equal strips.

  • Melt the butter, brush the pastries, and layer them.

  • Roll it well, wrap in paper and refrigerate for 30 minutes or freeze for 15-20 minutes.

  • Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, let it cool slightly, and mix it with mascarpone and condensed milk, stir well.

  • Take the roll from the fridge and cut into slices of about 1 inch, then push the center outward with your thumbs to form a shell shape.

  • Fill with cream and close the base to prevent filling from spilling out.

  • Bake in a preheated oven at 392°F (200°C) for 15 minutes.
