- Difficulty: Very easy
- Cost: Very cheap
- Preparation time: 15 Minutes
- Portions: 2 people
- Cooking methods: Oven, Stove, Air Fryer
- Cuisine: Italian
- Seasonality: All seasons
Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups potatoes
- 2 tablespoons potato starch
- 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
Steps
Boil the potatoes then mash them with a potato masher into a bowl.
Add the potato starch and grated parmesan, mix well, add salt if you prefer.
Pour the mixture into a disposable plastic pastry bag and cut a couple of inches off the tip.
Squeeze and cut every 3/4 inch that comes out.
Gradually place them on a plate with breadcrumbs, mix and place the balls on the baking sheet or in the air fryer and drizzle with oil.
Avoid deep frying because they tend to open, and they cook with very little oil. If you wish to fry them, add more potato starch or flour.
Cook at 375°F for about 12-15 minutes with the air fryer or in the oven for about 15-20 minutes.
Bon appétit
