Ingredients
- 2 rolls puff pastry
- 3.5 oz ricotta
- 3.5 oz gorgonzola
- 0.7 oz walnuts
- 2 tbsps grated parmesan
Steps
Place the puff pastry on the work surface.
In a bowl, mix the gorgonzola with the ricotta and a bit of parmesan.
Dust the puff pastry with parmesan, then fill with the cream and roll up.
Repeat with the other puff pastry and cut 8 pieces for each roll.
Arrange the rolls on a baking sheet lined with paper, one at the top, two below, then three to finish.
Place one at the base, bake at 356°F for 15-20 minutes.
