Pasta with Porcini Mushrooms and Ground Meat

Ingredients

  • 4.2 oz Porcini mushrooms (dried)
  • 6.3 oz Pasta
  • 7 oz Beef (ground)
  • Half onion
  • 0.42 cups Tomato sauce

Preparation

  • Soak the mushrooms in water to rehydrate them.

  • Slice the onion and sauté it in a large pan, add the meat and let it brown a little.

  • In the meantime, put the water for the pasta on to boil, and when boiling, add the pasta.

  • Add a bit of tomato sauce to the meat, let it cook very briefly then add the mushrooms.

  • Cook by gently stirring, add pasta cooking water and a bit of sauce according to your taste.

  • Drain the pasta al dente and add it to the sauce, and if you like, sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
