Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups flour (the one you usually use)
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch pisto
- 5 tbsp butter
- 3/4 cup ricotta
- 2 tbsp ricotta
- 1/4 cup candied fruit
- 1/8 cup chocolate
Steps
Prepare the shortcrust pastry, pour the flour into a bowl, add the sugar, baking powder, egg, and butter, a pinch of salt and mix well.
Work the well-drained ricotta, add the sugar, candied fruit, and chocolate flakes and mix well.
Roll out the pastry on the work surface, cut it with a 2.75-inch cutter, fill the center with the filling and close with a pastry disk, seal the edges.
Place them on the baking sheet, brush with the yolk and bake at 356°F for 15 minutes or in an air fryer at 347°F for about 8 minutes.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
