Ingredients

  • 38 pavesini
  • 1 1/4 cup whipping cream
  • 1.75 oz chocolate
  • 1 oz chocolate chips

Steps

  • Chop the chocolate with a knife and set aside.

  • Whip the cream and divide it into two parts, add the chopped chocolate to one and whip again, to the other add the chocolate chips.

  • Dip the cookies in milk, one layer of 10, and arrange them on a plate, make a layer of cream, then cover with another layer of chocolate cream, cookies, and another of stracciatella cream.

  • Dip the cookies and arrange them all around, put in the freezer for an hour.

  • Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
