Ingredients

  • 11 oz peaches
  • 7 oz vegetable whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • biscuits (glazed puff pastries)
  • 1 tbsp mascarpone (or yogurt)

Steps

  • Wash, peel, and cut the peaches into pieces.

  • Blend them with the sugar and lemon juice until obtaining a smooth puree. (If you prefer, you can cook them for 5 minutes in a pan with a tablespoon of sugar, then let them cool.)

  • Whip the cream until stiff with the mascarpone or yogurt.

  • Crumble the puff pastries and place them at the bottom of the cups, add the cream alternating with the peach puree.

  • Finish the dessert by adding some puff pastries and sliced almonds or shredded coconut.

  • Keep in the fridge until serving.
