PEAR AND CHOCOLATE PASTRIES, easy and quick sweets, very soft, melt in your mouth, great for breakfast or after lunch, a very delicious autumn recipe.
I had a pear in the fridge looking at me for days and, instead of making the usual cake, I decided to prepare something different, quick but super delicious: pear and chocolate pastries!
Small fragrant and crumbly delights with a soft heart of chocolate cream and fresh pears, perfect for treating yourself when you crave something sweet but don’t want to spend hours in the kitchen.
The dough is prepared in a few minutes, rolled out, cut, filled, and then into the oven: in no time the house is filled with an irresistible scent.
The combination of pears and chocolate is always successful: the intense taste of cocoa meets the sweetness of the fruit, creating a perfect and refined balance, yet with the simplicity of a homemade dessert.
I made them yesterday afternoon because I wanted a sweet for Sunday: I won’t tell you how much they were loved! Gone immediately, even cold they are a real treat.
They are great for breakfast, as a dessert after lunch, or as a snack with coffee, also ideal to give as gifts during the holidays.
A dessert that is made in a short time but seems to come from a pastry shop: crumbly outside, creamy inside, and with that autumn scent that conquers immediately.
