Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- Half packet baking powder
- 3 1/3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (or vegetable oil)
- 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 1/2 oz dark chocolate (60%)
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 1/4 cup whipping cream
- to taste Nutella®
Steps
Melt the chocolate with the milk and set aside.
Beat the eggs with the sugar until they double in volume, then add a couple of tablespoons of melted chocolate, the cocoa, the oil, and the flour with the baking powder a little at a time.
Pour the batter into an 18-20 cm mold, bake in a hot oven at 350°F for about 25 minutes, do a toothpick test before removing from the oven.
Let the cake cool, then cut it into 3 parts.
Whip the cream and fill the cake with a layer of Nutella and a layer of cream.
Cover with melted chocolate and place in the fridge until ready to serve.
