Ingredients
- 1 piadina
- 1 oz speck
- 2 oz feta
- 3 green olives
- 1.75 oz avocado
Preparation
Cut the piadina with a 4-inch cutter and place them in a muffin mold like this one HERE
Preheat the oven to 392°F and bake for 5-7 minutes, the baking is meant to give shape, the baskets should remain soft.
Remove from the oven and fill with a slice of speck, add the feta and avocado pieces, and the olives cut into thin slices.
To decorate, I added some red currants and mint leaves, which are of course optional.
