Ingredients

  • 1 piadina
  • 1 oz speck
  • 2 oz feta
  • 3 green olives
  • 1.75 oz avocado

Preparation

  • Cut the piadina with a 4-inch cutter and place them in a muffin mold like this one HERE

  • Preheat the oven to 392°F and bake for 5-7 minutes, the baking is meant to give shape, the baskets should remain soft.

  • Remove from the oven and fill with a slice of speck, add the feta and avocado pieces, and the olives cut into thin slices.

  • To decorate, I added some red currants and mint leaves, which are of course optional.
