The recipe for piadina cannoli with zucchini and mortadella is made with very simple ingredients, ready-made or homemade piadine, slices of mortadella, zucchini, and provola, they are filled, rolled, and cooked.

Ingredients
- 2 piadinas (80 g each)
- 3 slices pistachio mortadella
- 2.8 oz smoked provola
- 5.3 oz zucchini
Steps
Cut the zucchini into slices and cook them in a pan with a drizzle of oil or in the air fryer at 375°F for 5-7 minutes.
Place the slices of mortadella on the piadinas, add the zucchini, the provola in pieces, and roll up.
Cut each piadina in half, if you use large ones you can cut them into 3 parts.
Warm the rolls in a pan with the lid closed or in the air fryer at 375°F for about 3 minutes, just enough time to melt the provola.
