Ingredients
- 2.8 oz sugar
- 1 egg
- Half teaspoon baking powder
- 2.8 oz butter
- to taste pistachio paste
- chocolate chips
- 1 pinch salt
- 7 oz flour (the one you usually use)
- 3 tablespoons pistachio flour
Steps
Pour the flour into a bowl, add the baking powder, pistachio flour, butter in pieces, sugar, salt, and the egg in pieces, and work well until you get a smooth dough.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface and stuff with pistachio cream, then add the chocolate chips and fold the pastry to form a rolled rectangle.
Place the roll on the baking sheet covered with paper and cut into 20 pieces but do not separate the cookies.
Bake and cook at 356°F for about 15 minutes, remove from oven, and dust with powdered sugar.
