The recipe for making this spoon dessert is very easy, the cream is made in a few minutes and arranged in bowls alternating with pieces of panettone and layers of Nutella, a pistachio and Nutella panettone tiramisu truly delicious.
Let me just say it was a huge hit, the scent of panettone with its candied fruits and raisins pairs perfectly with the pistachio cream, of course, you can always modify the recipe as you like.

Ingredients
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 14 oz mascarpone
- 0.5 cup heavy cream, 35% fat
- 2 tbsp pistachio cream (spreadable)
- 2 oz panettone
- 2 oz Nutella®
Steps
The egg yolk is optional, you can omit it or use it raw.
If using the egg yolk, put it in a saucepan with the sugar and whisk by hand on the stove to warm it a bit, then remove and let cool.
Whip the cream with the mascarpone, add the egg yolk and the spreadable pistachio cream, mix well with the electric whisk.
Cut the panettone into pieces and place some pieces at the bottom of one or two cups, make a layer of cream, one of Nutella, and continue until the ingredients are finished.
Store in the fridge until ready to serve.
