Ingredients

  • 8.8 oz mascarpone
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons mascarpone
  • 2.8 oz white chocolate
  • 2.7 tablespoons milk

Steps

  • Whip the cream with the mascarpone and sugar then divide into two separate bowls.

  • In one bowl, add the pistachio paste and mix well; in the other, add the white chocolate and mix.

  • Fill the cups by alternating the two creams, add crushed pistachios and red currants for decoration.
