Ingredients
- 1 puff pastry
- 7 oz oz pistachio paste
- 0.7 oz oz chopped pistachios
- 1 egg yolk
Preparation
Cut out 2 identical stocking shapes on an A4 sheet HERE is the video recipe.
Spread one stocking with pistachio paste and cover with the other puff pastry, seal the edges with a fork.
Brush with the egg yolk, then prick the puff pastry with a fork and decorate with chopped pistachios.
Bake in a preheated oven at 392°F for 15 minutes.
