Ingredients

  • 24 wafer (mini vanilla wafers)
  • 1 cup ml fresh liquid cream
  • 4.4 oz g mascarpone
  • 1.8 oz g pistachio paste
  • 0.7 oz g chopped pistachios

Preparation

  • Pour the cream with mascarpone into a tall container and blend with a mixer for 3 minutes.

  • Add the pistachio paste and blend for another minute.

  • Line a 8×3-inch mold with plastic wrap and make a layer of cookies, then a layer of cream and a thin layer of pistachio paste.

  • Repeat with cookies, cream, and pistachio paste until ingredients are used up, but keep some cream aside.

  • Put in the freezer for an hour or until serving time.

  • Remove from freezer, turn it and place on a serving plate, then fill with more cream and decorate with star-tipped cream dots.

  • Decorate with pistachio paste, slice and serve.
