Ingredients
- 6 oz all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3.5 tbsp sugar
- 1/3 cup milk
- pistachio paste
Steps
Pour the flour into a bowl, add the baking powder, sugar, and a pinch of salt, then the egg and butter in pieces.
Knead well, if necessary add a little more flour.
Roll out the dough on the work surface and cut it with a 2.75-inch cutter.
Fill with pistachio paste and fold in half, seal the edges and place everything on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a hot oven at 350°F for about 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
