Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon instant yeast for savory preparations (optional)
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
Steps
If you prefer, you can use dry yeast in packets, 5 grams
Pour the flour into a bowl, add the yeast, salt, oil, yogurt, and some water, start mixing.
Add the rest of the water a little at a time while still mixing.
The dough is sticky, if you have difficulty add a bit of flour, 1/3 cup is sufficient.
Divide it into 6 pieces and roll it out on a floured surface with your hands greased with oil, do not use a rolling pin as it sticks.
Make small pizzas about 1/8-1/5 inch thick and place them in the fryer lined with parchment, oil and cook at 392°F for 4 minutes, then flip, oil and cook another 3-4 minutes.
You can cook the other mini pizzas at 356°F still oiling and flipping, obviously in the oven you can put more than in the pan and the fryer.
Season with oil, salt, and parsley and garlic cloves if you like.
Bon appétit
