Preparation
For the recipe, you can use veal roast if you prefer, I use pork.
Prepare a mince with the carrot, onion, and half a stalk of celery.
Put it in a pan, add oil and a little water, and let it cook over low heat.
Make cuts on the back of the meat and insert apple slices
Wrap it with slices of prosciutto and place the meat on the sauté.
Cut the remaining apple into cubes and add it to the pan.
Let it cook for about 30 minutes, adding water or milk from time to time.
If you have a Crock Pot, pour the mince into the pot, add the oil and apples, and place the meat.
Set to high and cook for 4 hours, if the meat is one kg cook for 5 hours.
