FAQ PORK SHANK in air fryer
Is pork shank in an air fryer suitable for children?
Absolutely yes! Pork is not as fatty as you might think; it’s a light and very good meat.
Can I cook it in the oven?
Of course yes! You can bake it, enrich it with other sides like potatoes, carrots, peppers depending on the season, and cook at 356°F for about an hour.
What are the perfect side dishes?
I would say all of them starting with potatoes, eggplants, peppers, zucchinis, but also salads and fennels, both raw and cooked vegetables.
Can I cook the shank together with the peas?
Peas, especially pre-cooked ones, cook in 5 minutes, so I’d say no, better separate.
