Ingredients
- 2.5 oz potatoes
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 oz chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup butter
Preparation
Wash the potatoes, peel, cut them into pieces, then boil and mash them well.
Pour the flour with baking powder on the work surface, make a well in the center, add sugar, potatoes, egg, and butter, knead well.
Add the chocolate chips and work again, if necessary add a bit of flour to prevent sticking to fingers.
Shape into a log and place it on parchment paper, bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven, cut into pieces, turn the cookies on their side and bake again for 5 minutes, then flip them to the other side and bake for another 5 minutes.
