Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3.5 oz potatoes
- 1 oz ricotta cheese
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 packet instant yeast for savory preparations
- 1/2 tsp salt
Steps
Peel the potatoes and slice them, then boil for 3-4 minutes and drain well.
Pour the flour into the mixer, add the yeast, potatoes, and ricotta, start mixing, then add salt, oil, and water.
If needed, add a bit more water, the dough should be workable, elastic, and not sticky.
Take the dough and divide it into 7 pieces or as preferred, roll them out to a thickness of 1/8 inch and fry them in hot oil, turning them over, or place them on a baking sheet, oil and bake for about 10 minutes at 392°F.
Drain on kitchen paper and sprinkle with oregano and salt.
