- 4 cups potatoes
- 5 oz cooked ham
- 7 oz provolone
- 1 knob butter
- 2 tbsps grated parmesan
- 1 pinch pepper
- to taste salt
Steps
Wash the potatoes thoroughly and boil them, then drain the hot water, add cold water, and let the potatoes cool.
Mash them in a bowl with a potato masher, add salt, pepper, and parmesan, and mix well.
