Ingredients
- 1.1 lbs potatoes
- 5.3 oz bacon
- 7.1 oz peas
- 1 egg
- 2.8 oz provola cheese
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Steps
Wash the potatoes and cut them in half if they are too large, boil them until a fork easily pierces the potato.
Let them cool slightly and peel them, mash the potatoes except a couple and set aside.
Add the washed and drained peas, if you use canned ones like me, the diced bacon, provola cheese, salt, and pepper and mix.
Place the mixture in a baking pan, then cut the reserved potatoes into chunks and place them on top, add a bit of bacon and peas, a sprinkle of breadcrumbs, and a drizzle of oil.
Bake at 356°F for 15-20 minutes in the oven or in the air fryer at 338°F for 10-15 minutes.
