Ingredients

  • 1.25 cups all-purpose flour

  • 0.7 oz cooked ham
  • 0.7 oz raw ham
  • 3.5 oz provola cheese

Steps

  • Wash the potatoes and cook them, then let them cool and mash them in a bowl.

  • Add the flour with the yeast and mix; add the eggs, parmesan, salt, and mix well, then add the yeast.

  • Add the diced cold cuts and provola cheese, mix again, and pour the mixture into the molds up to about 1/3.

  • Bake and cook at 355°F for 40 minutes, perform a toothpick test before removing from the oven.
