Ingredients
- 1.1 lbs potatoes
- tomato sauce
- 3 tablespoons black olives
- 5.3 oz smoked provola cheese
Steps
Wash the potatoes and boil them, then mash them with a potato masher and collect the puree in a bowl.
Season with salt, pepper to taste, and pour everything into a baking dish lined with parchment paper and oiled.
Add the tomato sauce, olives, oregano, and oil, bake in the hot oven at 392°F for 15 minutes.
Then take it out of the oven, add the provola cheese, bake again for another 5-10 minutes.
