Ingredients
- 1 puff pastry
- 1.2 oz smoked salmon
- 1 avocado
- 2 pinches salt
- as needed lemon
- 3.5 oz ricotta
Steps
Remove the puff pastry from the fridge 10 minutes before using it, then divide it into 6 squares of about 4 inches and place them inside a muffin pan, prick with a fork, bake in a preheated oven at 390°F for about 10 minutes, remove from the oven and let cool.
Cut the avocado into pieces and put it in a mixer with the salt, a splash of lemon, white pepper if you prefer, and the ricotta, blend everything.
Fill the baskets with avocado mousse and slices of salmon, you can enrich with avocado slices and pink peppercorns.
