Ingredients
- 1 puff pastry
- 0.7 oz smoked salmon
- 3.5 oz Russian salad

Take the puff pastry out of the fridge 10 minutes before using it, then cut it into 6 parts and arrange them in a muffin tin lined with parchment paper.
Poke them with a fork, bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (convection) and bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
To ensure the inside is well-cooked, remove them from the pan and bake for a few more minutes.
Once out of the oven, let them cool, then cut the salmon into small pieces and mix it with the Russian salad.
Fill the baskets and garnish with parsley.
