Ingredients
- 1 roll puff pastry
- 1/3 cup peas, canned, drained
- 2.5 oz sweet pancetta
- 1/2 cup provola
Steps
Cut out the shape of a bell, about 4 inches, on a sheet and place it on the puff pastry.
Cut following the outline; you should get 6 bells. Fill with a tablespoon of peas, a tablespoon of diced pancetta and pieces of provola or mozzarella.
Close by sandwiching the pastry layers, seal the edges lightly and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Make oblique cuts and bake at 356°F for about 16 minutes until golden, or cook in an air fryer at 392°F for 8 minutes, lower to 365°F and cook another 3-4 minutes.
