Ingredients
- 1 puff pastry (rectangular)
- 5.3 oz cherry tomatoes
- 7.05 oz Buffalo Mozzarella DOP
- 1 tsp oregano
Preparation
Cut the puff pastry into 4 equal parts or smaller rectangles, as you prefer.
Prick the pastry with a fork, close the short sides by joining them together, widen the center, and place some crumpled aluminum foil inside.
You need to make empty boats to fill later.
Place the boats on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and ensure they do not stick together by separating them with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 430°F for 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool. In the meantime, prepare the filling.
Wash and cut the cherry tomatoes into wedges and place them in a bowl, cut the mozzarella into pieces or slices and place it in the bowl.
Season with oil, salt, oregano, and basil leaves.
Fill the boats and serve as an appetizer or main dish for dinner.
Bon appétit
