Ingredients
- 1 puff pastry
- 1 oz cooked ham
- 2 oz fiordilatte cheese
Preparation
Remove the puff pastry from the fridge at least 10 minutes before using it, then divide it into 6 parts.
Take the short sides of the rectangles, seal them like a boat, then twist them on themselves to form a kind of candy.
Prick the puff pastry with a fork and place the boats on a baking sheet lined with paper.
Bake for about 10 minutes in a hot oven at 356°F, then remove, fill with ham and pieces of fiordilatte.
Put back in the oven for another 5 minutes or so.
