PUFF PASTRY BOATS with PANCETTA and PEAS, an easy and quick appetizer idea to make in 10 minutes, a tempting idea for parties and a delicious option for Easter.

Delicious and very tasty, the puff pastry boats with pancetta and peas are quick to prepare and are ideal for a special dinner or lunch, perfect as an Easter starter.

The recipe for puff pastry boats with pancetta and peas is extremely fast: I used pre-cooked peas, it took me just a moment. They are ideal when you have little time available. Of course you’ll need puff pastry as the base, peas, pancetta and provola cheese.

Once ready, you can bake them in the oven or cook them in an air fryer — they are perfect for impressing your guests.
