Ingredients
- 1 puff pastry
- 6 slices prosciutto
- 1.4 oz green olives
- 2.1 oz smoked scamorza cheese

Roll out the puff pastry into 9-12 rectangles.
Cut 0.4 inches (1 cm) all around to obtain 4 strips, 2 from the long sides and 2 from the short sides.
Make additional identical strips to complete the baskets, that is, another 2 short strips as seen in the picture + 2 more strips for the long sides.
Place the short sides at the corners of a reversed mini plumcake mold, as you can see, 4 are needed
Place the rectangle on top.
Place the strips all around and bake in a hot oven at 356°F (180°C) for about 10-12 minutes.
Remove from oven and fill with prosciutto, cheese, olives, and arugula or lettuce leaves.
