Ingredients

  • 5 artichokes
  • 1 puff pastry
  • 7 oz mozzarella fiordilatte
  • 2 slices speck

Preparation

  • Clean the artichokes, remove the outer leaves keeping only the heart.

  • Cook the artichokes in a pan with water and oil, if you prefer add a garlic clove.

  • Drain and cut the artichokes into wedges or slices, not too large.

  • Cut the puff pastry into two parts then close the short sides and twist them to form a candy.

  • Fill with a layer of artichoke slices, one of mozzarella fiordilatte, and speck pieces.

  • Bake in the hot oven at 392°F for about 15-20 minutes.
