Ingredients
- 1 roll puff pastry
- 150 g ricotta
- 1.8 oz salami
- 1.8 oz prosciutto
- 1.8 oz ham
- 3.5 oz provola (dry or fresh)
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan
Steps
Pour the ricotta into a bowl, add the egg, cold cuts, and cheese, all diced.
Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
Place the puff pastry on the work surface and draw a cross starting from the center, keeping 4 inches from the edge, then trace 2 diagonals and fill with the stuffing.
Fold the edge of the pastry to prevent the filling from spilling out, then bring the points of the triangles over the filling.
Add chives, a sprinkle of Parmesan, and bake.
Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
