Ingredients
- 1 puff pastry
- 5.3 oz ricotta
- 0.9 oz smoked salmon
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp pink peppercorns
Steps
Remove the puff pastry from the fridge 10 minutes before using it, then cut it into strips about 0.4 inches wide.
Wrap the strips around 2.75-inch metal cones, slightly overlapping them, place the cones on the oven tray or in the air fryer and bake at 356°F for about 12 minutes in the oven, 10 minutes in the air fryer.
Remove from the oven and let cool.
Work the ricotta in a bowl, add the pieces of salmon, salt to taste, peppercorns, salmon, and a sprinkle of chopped parsley, mix well.
Fill the cones with a teaspoon or use a plastic pastry bag with an opening of a couple of centimeters.
