- 1 puff pastry
- 125 g custard
- 60 g strawberries
Steps
Prepare the custard HERE, place it in a bowl and cover it with plastic wrap in contact, let it cool slightly.
Remove the pastry from the fridge 10 minutes before using it and place it on the work surface.
Cut it with a cookie cutter of 4 inches and make a hole in the center with the help of a bottle cap if you don’t have a donut cutter that big.
Cut the strawberries into pieces and set aside.
Fill half of the donuts with custard, strawberries and close with the other puff pastry discs.
Seal the edges, including the internal ones, place the donuts on the baking tray lined with parchment paper, sprinkle with granulated sugar, bake in a hot oven at 390°F for 15 minutes.
