Ingredients

2 puff pastry
7 oz cooked ham
3.5 oz zucchini
7 oz fiordilatte

Steps

Take the puff pastry out of the fridge 10 minutes before using it, preferably rectangular; I had the round one.
Fill the pastry with pieces of speck, fiordilatte, and grated zucchini then roll it up.
Cut it into pieces about 2 inches high and arrange them in the mold; mine is small, 300 grams, about half a batch.
Oil, place in hot oven at 356°F for about 20-25 minutes, be careful not to burn it on top, cover with aluminum foil if necessary.
