Ingredients
- 1 puff pastry
- 10.6 oz ricotta
- 5.3 oz provola
- 3.5 oz zucchini
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan
- 2 eggs
Steps
In a bowl, mix the ricotta with the eggs.
Add the zucchini grated with a large-holed grater, diced provola, Parmesan, and mix. Salt to taste.
Spread the puff pastry in a 22 cm pie dish, pour in the mixture, and fold over the excess puff pastry.
Bake in the preheated oven at 356°F for about 25 minutes, until the puff pastry is golden.
