Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 6 slices capicola
  • 2.12 oz gorgonzola
  • walnuts
  • grated parmesan

Steps

  • Cut the pastry with a 4-inch cutter.

  • Place a slice of capicola on the pastry, make a ball of parchment paper and put it in the center, fold the pastry in half, press the edges a bit and make vertical cuts on top.

  • Place the shells on the oven tray lined with parchment paper and bake at 356°F for about 15 minutes.

  • Remove from the oven, take out the paper, and fill with gorgonzola and crumbled walnuts.
